Unfortunately, Royel Otis will no longer be able to perform at the Edge Christmas Concert on 12/15. Here is a statement from Roy. “Hello. Roy here. It feels like there is such a huge amount of stones stuffed into my heart right now having to say this. I am currently experiencing some devastating family matters that I need to be home for. I was trying to work out a way around not having to bail on the US December shows but there is no choice now and I need to be in Sydney. I am so sorry and I promise I will make it up to you.”
We wish Roy’s family the best and hope to see Royel Otis at the Ballroom in 2025.
If you still want to attend and do not request a refund, starting on December 3rd, you will receive a partial refund per ticket due to a pricing change within the event. GA tickets will each receive a partial refund of $30.26, and mezzanine tickets will receive $42.64 per ticket. There will also be no need to exchange your ticket(s) for new ones. If you would like a refund, they are available now through December 2nd by requesting one with Etix Customer Service. Please make sure you select Refund Request as your Problem Type and have your order number available. You can track your order here, if needed.
