Cain’s Ballroom is located at 423 North Main Street, Tulsa, OK 74103 in the heart of Tulsa’s Arts District. Click here to view a map.
Yes, for rates and more information click here. We only rent out for private functions (weddings, receptions, fundraisers, etc). All concerts are booked exclusively by Doc Roc Productions.
All tickets are general admission, standing-room only unless a show is specifically advertised as having reserved seating. There are a few benches / bleachers on the perimeter of the Ballroom, but are only available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Depending on ticket sales, we may have tables and chairs available at the back of the venue. Again, those are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Yes, starting April 1, 2024, the box office will only be open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am – 5pm. On the night of shows, the box office opens ~30 minutes before doors open. Please check our social media sites for updates on unexpected closings (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram), or see the business listing on Google.
If your tickets are at will call and you purchased them through Eventbrite or Etix, you can pick them up during our box office hours. Please bring your iD and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. It also helps to bring your confirmation email / number.
The Cain’s Mezzanine is available during select shows. These tickets are available to the public and can be purchased once tickets go on sale, but there is a very limited capacity. The Mezzanine offers a private bar and bathroom, as well as limited seating. A Mezzanine ticket does not restrict you to this area, but also allows you the option of being on the floor as well. This area is 21+. The view is somewhat obstructed due to the support beams at Cain’s Ballroom as you can see below.
*THIS IS ONLY VALID FOR TICKETS PURCHASED THRU ETIX OR EVENTBRITE. IF YOU PURCHASED THROUGH ANYONE ELSE, YOU NEED TO CONTACT THAT COMPANY IN ORDER TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER* If you are picking up tickets that someone else purchased you will need 1) a photocopy of the original purchaser’s picture iD, 2) the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, 3) the purchaser’s signature verifying that you may pick up their tickets, for example, “(Your name) has my permission to pick up my tickets.” Please make sure this is all on the same page and do not forget to bring your own iD! The box office will have to keep this one sheet of information.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the headliner cancels. If this occurs, refunds are typically available at your point of purchase, but please visit the event page for more information.
The box office and bar accept cash and all major credit cards. Band merchandise booths vary, but always accept cash. We also have an ATM inside.
Cain’s Ballroom is typically all ages. However, there are certain events where there is an age restriction. This would be stated on the event listing. If there is an age restriction, a valid, government issued photo iD will be required upon entry.
An iD is required if you plan on drinking alcohol or if there is an age restriction on the event. Because we are typically all ages, we take this very seriously. Anyone 21 and older must show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo iD – ANYONE – no matter how old you may look. Anyone without proper identification will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to drink, hold or buy alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in ejection from the venue.
We have been doing all ages shows for many years, but the decision to let your child attend is up to you. We recommend coming with them the first time so that you can experience Cain’s for yourself and make an informed decision for the future.
Children 5 and older will need a ticket to enter most events. Your children who are 4 and under are free to attend, but please cover up their precious ears (ear plugs are available at the box office)! Some events do have different restrictions / allowances. This information will be listed on the specific event’s page.
Cain’s Ballroom has a strict no re-entry policy. Only in emergency situations will re-entry be allowed.
No outside food or beverages, no backpacks, no chairs, no weapons, no knives, no lasers, no hula hoops, no glow sticks, no poi, etc…
The box office offers ear plugs. The sound is usually controlled by the band’s touring engineer and we have very little influence over the mix. We apologize anytime this may occur.
There is always security on staff. You can always find one of them at the front door and usually on either side of the stage. Please report what you see to them. If you need further assistance, ask to speak to someone with venue management, which can be located at the box office.
As of June 1, 2020, there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind allowed in Cain’s Ballroom. There is an area available for smoking on the north side of the building. Please respect your fellow attendees and abide by this rule. If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to step outside to the smoking area. If you are caught again, you will be ejected from the venue.
Due to the nature and possible injuries that could occur from moshing and crowd surfing, we strongly suggest that you refrain from such activities regardless of what the band may say on stage.
We have a full bar offering beer and an assortment of liquors, as well as a concession area serving Pepsi products. See this link for info about food.
Due to construction of OKPOP, the parking lot across from the Ballroom will no longer be available mid February 2020. There is a parking lot .1 miles south of the venue on the NW corner of Cameron and Main. The Tulsa Arts District also offers street parking, which is limited to two-hours from 8 am–5 pm Monday through Friday. These parking areas are enforced between 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday except for official holidays. Street parking is free after 5pm and on the weekends.
There is no specific area for handicap seating, but if you have special needs, please send us an email at least 48 hours in advance to make arrangements.
Photography, video and recording policies are at the band’s discretion and change nightly.
We like to think that there is not a bad spot inside of Cain’s. If you like to be front and center, you should probably arrive an hour or more before the doors open. Each and every show is different and we can not predict when people will begin lining up for each show. There is not an area to wait inside the venue before doors open so please keep that in mind especially considering the weather on certain days.
Your ticket should have a door time listed, sometimes it will have the start time as well. The first act typically starts 30 minutes – 1 hour after doors open. Please keep in mind that set times, as well as opening acts, are subject to change without notice. We try to update one of our social media sites (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram) on the day of show with accurate information.
